Dog and Duck landlord shows MP how to pour a decent pint

The Dog and Duck landlord, Don O'Rourke entered into the spirit of Christmas to show local Enfield Southgate MP, David Burrowes , how to pour a decent pint.

Don invited Mr Burrowes to the pub to officially switch on The Dog and Duck Christmas lights.

In a packed pub, Don said "It's great that your MP can come down to the local pub and serve the regulars a pint - getting hands on is important now and and again. David loves to support the pub and there is always a friendly atmosphere when he comes to see us."

In return , David Burrowes said "It takes me back to my younger days when I had to pull pints at Wembley stadium. Sometimes we underestimate the role that local pubs have in bringing the community together and I'm really happy to support the MP 'Behind the Bar' campaign.
